How do I make a hotel reservation via libyahotels.ly?
1. Start from the home page from the power search. Select your Region/city, arrival and departure dates.

2. Select your required hotel from the list of hotels (information/rates) or hit on the bottom (Check rates and availability)

3. From the hotel page, Read your booking summary, then click on book it.

4. Finally, enter your booking information:
    - Customer Information.
    - Review Your Information.
    - Reservation Confirmation (Payment page), You pay deposit 5% by credit card through secure payment gateway (PAYPAL) and residual value at the hotel upon arrival or departure.

How do I know which hotel is appropriate for me?
Use our service and the information presented to compare between the hotels and pick the one that suits your requirements.

Can I book by phone or e-mail?
The only way to confirm your booking is via the website.

How do I get hotel contact information?
After you have completed a booking, the telephone/fax number and email address are provided immediately online and on your confirmation email. The address of the hotel can always be found at the top of each hotel page.

How can I make sure my booking has been confirmed at the hotel?
When you place a booking, You will then see a confirmation page with your booking Reservation Number and Guest's Secret Number, your booking is now confirmed. For future reference, please write or print your book number and pin code. You will receive an email confirmation on the email address provided during the reservation process. And thus it is of the utmost importance that you provide a valid e-mail address.

I have made a booking via libyahotel.ly but did not receive any confirmation e-mails, what shall I do?

I do not have a credit card, is there any other way to confirm a booking via libyahotels.ly?
No. A valid credit card is a part of the reservation process.

How do I get room rates for a certain hotel?
From the hotel's page, select your check-in and check-out dates, and hit Check rates.

How do I cancel my booking?
From the CANCEL page, all you need to do is enter your booking Reservation Number and Guest's Secret Number that has been provided with your booking and hit cancel reservation.

Do I have to pay cancellation fees?
You can cancel your reservation and refund 5%  deposit payment ( PayPal will charge for refund). However, cancellation may be charged if you do so in breach of the hotel's cancellation/change policy. You will find the hotel's cancellation policy on your confirmation email. Please note that the hotel's local time applies in terms of cancellation/change deadlines. For example: a cancellation policy of 1 day prior to the date of arrival means that you must cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. libyahotels.ly will never charge cancellation/change fees.

How do I make sure a booking has been cancelled?
After your reservation has been canceled, you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please check your Spam/junk folder to see if the email is there. If you have not received a cancellation email in your inbox or Spam/junk folder, please contact our customer service team via our contact page.
